Managed hosting service
The $49 + GST monthly plan provides website hosting, SSL, routine backups, server management, basic technical support and three standard domain email accounts.
Dashboard access
Direct cPanel, server or hosting-dashboard access is not included. High Ranking Web Design manages the hosting environment on the client’s behalf.
Website changes
Content, layout, development and design changes are not included in the hosting fee unless expressly stated. Additional work is charged at the current hourly rate or an agreed quotation.
Email services
The included accounts are standard hosted mailboxes. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, advanced migration and third-party licences are separate.
Backups and restoration
Routine backups are maintained as part of the managed process. Restoration is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and is not a substitute for independent business record retention.
Security and prohibited use
Clients must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or security-compromising content. Services may be suspended to protect the server or other users.
Cancellation and migration
Cancellation, notice, data export and migration support are governed by the quotation or service agreement. Migration work and external provider fees may be charged separately.
