Website quotations and scope
Services, page quantities, deliverables, prices and revision allowances are defined in the approved quotation. Work outside that scope is charged at $150 + GST per hour unless otherwise agreed.
Payments
Deposits and progress payments are due according to the quotation. Final payment may be required before launch, transfer of agreed final files or activation of ongoing services.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate business information, lawful content, timely approvals and permission to use supplied logos, images, testimonials and intellectual property.
Search engine performance
SEO work is designed to improve website structure and relevance. Search engine crawling, indexing, traffic and rankings are not guaranteed.
Third-party services
Domains, email platforms, analytics, payment services, maps, advertising platforms and other third-party systems remain subject to their own terms, availability and fees.
Intellectual property
The client retains ownership of supplied material. Rights in custom deliverables transfer or are licensed as specified in the quotation after full payment. Reusable code, systems and methods may remain the property of High Ranking Web Design.
Suspension and liability
Services may be suspended for overdue accounts, unlawful use or security risk. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and subject to the agreed service terms.
